Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp furikake seasoning
  • 1 tbsp eel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Season cooked sushi rice with vinegar mixture and press into baking dish.
  • Mix salmon with cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha.
  • Spread salmon mixture over rice.
  • Bake until bubbly, then drizzle with sauces.

Notes

Adjust sriracha to taste. Best served fresh but reheats well. Serve with nori sheets for scooping.
