Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Dry chickpeas thoroughly and remove loose skins.
  • Roast chickpeas plain for 15 minutes.
  • Toss with oil and seasonings.
  • Roast another 10–15 minutes until crunchy.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Dry chickpeas thoroughly before roasting. Add herbs after the first roast to prevent burning. Best eaten within 1–2 days.
