Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla protein powder, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, and almond butter (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend again for 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and blend in maple syrup or honey if a sweeter flavor is desired.
  • Pour into a large glass and garnish with an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately after blending. Leftovers can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking, as natural separation may occur. Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey to taste.
