Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Peanut Butter Banana: 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1/2 mashed banana
  • Strawberry Vanilla: 1/4 cup chopped strawberries + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Apple Cinnamon: 1/4 cup grated apple + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + chopped walnuts
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter: 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp peanut butter + dark chocolate chips
  • Blueberry Almond: 1/4 cup blueberries + 2 tbsp sliced almonds + 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt to a jar with a lid.
  • Stir in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until no dry pockets remain.
  • Stir in your preferred flavor variation before chilling: Peanut Butter Banana, Strawberry Vanilla, Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate Peanut Butter, or Blueberry Almond.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4–5 hours, ideally 8 hours or overnight.
  • Stir well before serving, add a splash of milk if needed to loosen the oats, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy.

Notes

Store sealed jars in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For the best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats instead of instant oats. For a dairy-free version, substitute your favorite non-dairy milk and plant-based yogurt.
