Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt.
  • Stir well until the oats are fully coated and the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed. Top with extra blueberries and lemon zest before serving.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste and add a splash of milk in the morning if you prefer thinner oats. These oats keep well for up to 5 days refrigerated.
