- 2 slices sourdough or country bread
- 0.5 cup kimchi, drained and chopped
- 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp butter or mayonnaise
Chop and drain kimchi.
Butter the outside of bread slices.
Layer cheese, kimchi, and remaining cheese between bread.
Cook in skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides.
Slice and serve immediately.
