- 0.33 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Mix beef, almond flour, egg, and seasonings; form patties.
