Instructions
Wash and cut the carrots and celery into sticks, slice the cucumbers, halve any large cherry tomatoes, and slice the bell pepper into strips.
Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of hummus into a small lidded condiment cup or the center compartment of each divided container.
Place the carrots, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper strips around the hummus in each snack box.
Add the pita chips or crackers and include a hard-boiled egg or almonds if using for extra protein.
Seal the containers and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Enjoy the vegetables dipped into the hummus just before eating.
