Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 0.33 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Brown ground turkey in oil until cooked through.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry until tender-crisp.
  • Pour in sauce and cook until thickened.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Prep ingredients ahead since stir frying is quick. Dissolve cornstarch fully to avoid lumps.
