Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • Caramelize onions slowly and cool.
  • Mix meatloaf ingredients.
  • Bake, top with onions, and finish baking.
